Ambassador Dato’ Dr G.K. Ananda Kumaraseri, former Malaysian career civil servant, spoke to the staff members of the Central Tibetan Administration on the topic “China and ASEAN” on Wednesday, March 18. The talk was organised by the Tibet Policy Institute as part of its monthly lecture series.
