Mr. Thinley Jigme, a research staff at the Tibet Policy Institute talked about the impacts of damming construction on Yarlung Tsangpo River. He completed his early schooling from Tibetan Homes School in Mussorie. In the year 2003 he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from MS University, Baroda and further completed his Masters degree in Economics in the year 2005. He joined Central Tibetan Administration in the year 2006 and has served under the Research and Analysis Center under the Department of Security.
