The Tibet Policy Institute of Central Tibetan Administration in collaboration with the Department of East Asian Studies, Delhi University and the Foundation for Non-Violent Alternatives, Organized a Conference on Only One Tibet to Quench Asia’s Growing Thirst on August 21, 2015 at the University of Delhi to look into the health of the Tibetan Plateau. Invited scholars and experts examined the significance of the Tibetan Plateau and its impact on the rest of Asia. Dr. Lobsang Sangay, Sikyong of the Central Tibetan Administration gave keynote speech of the conference and inaugural address is given by Prof. Sreemati Chakrabarti, Head of the Department of East Asian Studies in Delhi University.
