Kalsang Dolma is a Research Associate at the Tibet Policy Institute. She holds a Master’s degree in East Asian Studies from the University of Delhi and studied the Chinese language at the National Taiwan Normal University. Previously, she served as a Research Intern at the Centre for China Analysis and Strategy (CCAS). Her research focuses on China’s policies and governance in Tibet, as well as Chinese leadership and its implications for Tibet.
