Dr. Rinzin Dorjee was a research fellow at the Tibet Policy Institute, Central Tibetan Administration.
His study includes China’s policy on infrastructural development and the impacts of urbanization in Tibet. Before joining the Institute he served as a PGT for two years at the Tibetan Children’s Village in Gopalpur.
He received the Sikyong award for completion of Ph.D. degree in 2016 titled “Politics and Public Administration of Tibetan Government-in-Exile: A Political Analysis in Perspective of Efficiency” from the University of Madras.
He has published papers in the International Journal of Social Science and Humanities Research, Chennai Centre for China studies and the Diplomat.

He left the Tibet Policy Institute on 4 May 2020.
