This to inform that the 5th Young Tibetan Research Scholars’ Conference will be held in Dalai Lama Institute for Higher Education, Bangalore from 1-3 September 2019. The earlier conference date of August 22-24 has been revised. The Tibet Policy Institute will organize the forthcoming conference in collaboration with the Dalai Lama Institute for Higher Education, Bangalore. Tibetan scholars who had recently presented their papers during the 15th Seminar of IATS at Paris are welcome to present their papers.
