Tenzin Tsultrim is a research fellow at the Tibet Policy Institute. He completed his doctoral thesis on India-China relations from the University of Madras, India.
A keen commentator on India-China relations he has published papers and articles in Tibet Policy Journal, Strategic analysis Journal, Think India Quarterly Journal and World Focus Journal.
At TPI he does research on India-China relations and its impacts and implications on issues concerning Tibet.
He has also contributed a chapter titled ‘The Internal Situation in China and its impact on China’s foreign Policy: An Analysis’ in the book ‘China’s Foreign Relations and Security Dimensions’ edited by Dr. Geeta Kochhar, Jawaharlal Nehru University.
He has presented papers at various Universities and conferences around the world.
